Adults and Aged Care

Adults
We provide specialist support for adults with psychosocial disabilities and complex mental health needs, including those living with PTSD, borderline personality disorder, or dual diagnoses. Our experience extends to working with hospital discharge and justice-involved participants. Our focus includes building independence, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. We also provide in-home and community-based support across various settings, including group homes, Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements, and transitional housing environments.

Older Adults & Aged Care Clients
Equality Together also supports older adults, including those experiencing cognitive decline or dual disabilities. We offer capacity-building services for aged clients accessing the NDIS, working closely with aged care facilities and family guardians to ensure collaborative and coordinated care. Our behaviour support for this population is designed to reduce the use of restrictive practices while upholding consent, dignity, and person-centred care in later life.
